• The Cottage, sleeping 4, can also be booked for larger groups. The two properties are 'semi-detached' and 20m door to door.  Plenty of space in The Barn for all guests to socialise and eat together.

• Bedroom A -twin beds, B - double bed C- double bed, D twin beds, E- king bed.   Also choice between set of bunk beds in B or second set of twin beds in D (to make 12)
• En-suites are shower rooms - two (ground floor) are wet rooms
• High standard of cleanliness 
• Under floor heating
• Outside patio and open area (grass and hard surface) with picnic tables and BBQ
• Ample on site car parking
• All bedding and towels provided
• Tea/Coffee and Treats on arrival
• Kitchen pack (dishcloth, tea towels etc) provided
• 2/3 dogs welcome but please keep off furnishings and beds.
