The barn opened its doors to guests in late December 2006 after a two-year conversion programme, providing high quality accommodation in an imaginative layout with flexibility for groups of all sizes.  It is ideal  for families or friends meeting up, wedding guests, or for birthdays and other anniversaries. Suitable for Corporate Team  Building  Accommodation  and Activities. Very central for those visiting Lincolnshire and exploring our lovely county. Ideally situated for visitors to Cadwell Park racing circuit, less than 2 miles from our barn.

Key Details Opening Season: All year Opening Hours: all year, flexible accesss. Number of Beds: 21, sleeps 22.  Booking Requirements: Booking Advisable, 20% deposit, balance one month prior to visit.     Individual Bed and Breakfast room rates from: £30-00 single, to £80 per night for 5 in the room, Continental Breakfast only @ £3-00 per person Whole barn private booking. Minimum 2 night stay.Friday and  Saturday nights £350 per night , 3rd night £275.Week nights 2 nights £250  per  night,  3 or 4 nights £220 per night. Full week rate £1500.
