Our newly converted, self-contained, family holiday cottage for 4-5 people offers extremely high quality, officially rated, 4 star holiday accommodation.
The Cottage is fully equipped, ensuring that guests have every home comfort in a setting that combines traditional character with modern facilities.
The Barn, converted to a high standard in 2006, has panoramic views over the Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. The ground floor has two bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen / dining area, drying room and large lounge. The first floor comprises 3 more bedrooms and a smaller lounge area.
Bedrooms have a mix of beds and bunks, bed linen is provided and all have en-suite showers.
Both properties provide, self-catering holiday or short break hostel accommodation ideally suited for families, groups or individuals, including visitors to Cadwell Park (1.5 miles).
Brook House Barn and Cottage stand in the village of Scamblesby in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, giving excellent access to footpaths, bridle-ways and meandering country lanes. The historic market towns of Louth and Horncastle are easily accessed (10 minute drive) whilst Lincoln, Boston and Skegness are a half-hour away. Market Rasen with its racecourse is 20 mins drive. The Viking Way passes through the village and Cadwell Park racing circuit is nearby.
